So many thanks to JB for his inspiration....
Did a run up to Tan Hill Pub on my way to Kielder forest...
Result = two scuffed tyres, from too much big-air-time
One p1ssed-off camcorder "fan" on the top near the pub....
Two travel-sick dogs ! ( Hardly suprising LOL )
Three hours to Scotch corner for another coffee.
Then over the top of Teesdale to Hexham.... wow
Finally a late blat up to Kielder village for a nights sleep.... more wow !!!
Then a week in midge heaven .... Argh !

Hi JB 
Yeah would have enjoyed it more without 1/2 a ton of camping gear....
Fantastic road and we could get fed at the top if we get organised....
