Need Help And advice
Been driving the scoob for 3 months now and to be honest i have not had a car that gives the smiles per mile that it does but there is a problem, even when its hot there are flat spots all over the place sometimes you boot it and it gives you the beans and sometimes usually in second gear occasionally in third there is a flat spot around 3000rpm which is when the turbo should be doing the business...
Any Ideas.....
thanks In advance
I have tried all the fuels V Power, Tesco 99 and ultimate still does it.....
Regards Paul

Not bad mate
I've done 3400k and she is run in, don't get me wrong with the decat and the back box when she goes she goes, my mate came out for a pint with me the other night and when i picked him up, He said its miles faster now the engine has run in but you don't notice it when you drive it every day, its like you are waiting for something to happen, had a bit of fun with a Clio 182 the other day, All above board you know on the right roads and lost him...
But it just doesn't feel right maybe that's the engineer coming out in me...
Regards Paul

After the service
Yes you need a 3000k service to keep the warranty intact i am getting mine done when i get paid next week its only £130 which is nothing to say what we saved on buying one @£20K Eh!!!!
But its been like it since new but its getting better might be part of the engine running in, I thought it might be the plugs as i have had this problem on a Calibra many years ago and the gap want set right, fixed it myself, just thought with a few of you guy's having Hawk-eye's or even just a bit of prior would be enough...
Simon I see you name is down for next week looking forward to meeting you..
Regards Paul
Although still haven't got my service book from them yet still waiting, kept the receipts and will be chasing there **** next week when i have the time ...

They are changing the format of them so it should take a while but as long we are doing our service bits. that's okay is it not going to affect our warranty or resale...
