New year, new job, same car!
Hello one and all
Now I don't want to bore anyone but I do like to try and keep you all up to date with what's going on
As above it's a new year, 2007 don't ya know and I have just started a new job, I'm A Technical Operations Engineer now you know The new job entails working shifts which I haven't started yet as I'm training for a couple of weeks but then my 4 on 4 off rolling shift will begin. I get to do 7-7, 2 days then 2 nights and then 4 days off and repeat
This rolling shift does mean though that I may well be working some weekends and possibly even some last Thursday's of a month so my attendance at events will be dictated by 2 things - my shifts and money. Whilst you get more money for working shifts due to a fair bit of over exuberance with the plastic last year things ain't all rosey but they're improving
The biggest improvement is the fact that I picked up my car this morning after having had the head gaskets replaced cos I am now keeping her and have just put about 100 action packed and fun filled miles on the little beauty
So, happy new year to you all, I hope yours is going as well as mine is so far and I look forward to seeing you all at at least some of the events throughout 2007

Glad it's all coming good for you mate You'll love the shifts, suddenly being able to go places whilst everyone else is at w*rk, not having to queue, no screaming brats, everything open when you need it, the Yorkshire Dales free of traffic How anyone copes with 9-5 I don't know

What happened to yours Sticky I sort of pieced together a roundabout, an Evo, a Police car and a front splitter from the last Dales run
PM me if you want it off board, ignore me if you don't want me to know, or I may be at Squires at the end of the month.

Cheers Dave, yeah I have to say I am actually looking forward to the shifts and especially the roads being free from traffic
Simon, yep if you wanna a lift I'd be more than happy to oblige, I kinda reckon I owe a few now
It's good to be back Al
Oh dear Sticky, that's not good , will have to get the full story off ya next time I see ya
Yeah you were looking a little ropey Phil, now get your lazy **** down to one of the meets , EOM is a couple of weeks away yet so that should give you enough time to wash the Z!
