ur opinions please ?
im due a 40 k service on my 2002 uk 300 and im wondering where ud all recomend i go obviously i want as cheap as poss but not forgetting a good job doing , also when is it good to have the cam belt doing would it be good to have it done at the same time or is it ok for another 10 k

look up sub1600 he is a subaru mechanic and works at robert bowetts in leeds, but as a unit near elvington where he works from for private jobs. Did my 50k service 3 weeks ago including camm belt £170 cheaper than what dealer quoted me.

Took mine, 52 STi to Pulleyns for a 40k service. £213 all in.
As car has only 24k on it doesnt need cambelt doing yet.

Can vouch for Bowetts, great sevice and at a good price even without the 10% WYIOC discount. Is sub1600 still there
I wasn't aware of the fact as the guy I dealt with had only been there 3 weeks.

All I was saying is RB/Hunslet is world known as a saab dealer for saab since about 1980.
If you mention RBS in any motoring circles,the first thing that will come up is that its a saab place.
