I tried it 5 times, and failed on each go, however, if you turn the volume right up you can hear the proximeter sensor, that helps you steer clear of the wall

the first time i felt for this (about a year ago) i jumped up with my laptop on my knee and smashed the screen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!
i have seen a vid on the net some where with dad showing this to his boy which he start hitting the screen. will try and fine it soooooooo funny!
