Hi everyone,
At last I've found time and got my motor to a stage that I'm happy with to to introduce myself and say hello to everyone. My scoob is an MY98 UK Turbo (for more info, see my other thread in members gallery http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=494374). I'm hoping to make a local meeting soon. I'll be getting my WYIOC subscription applied for very soon
Cheers,
Wayne.

To be fair, I have seen MUCH WORSE rear clusters.
Though I'd go with the originals or STi's (How much
)
Very pretty car, gave me one of those 'why did I get rid' moments...
Oh yeah... Evo![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Where you from? Can't say I've seen the car on the road.

Welcome chap. First meet for you will be this Thursday!
Details on the Sticky thread at the top of the main area...
When we've an idea where you're from we'll direct you to the nearest meeting point for a convoy in...
Have we spoken before???![Ponder2](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/ponder2.gif)
BTW.. And I do like the car. Lights themselves look OK, but the 'modern' look may be too much for the face lift shape.. But as Mick say's, it's you car! I got a similar reation to my Carbon Spoiler.. But I just went![Hjtwofinger](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/hjtwofinger.gif)

Yes, before anyone says it, I know I've had plenty of warning... but to be fair last week was a total non-event, evry single piece of machinery in the unit went t1ts-up...

Aye, tomorrow! You need a military trained PA, helper & IT guru around the place.... We'll start talking at £40k. ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I'll be speaking to Adam at 10ish, to get an idea on when it's ready. See you not too long after that
(if everything is OK
)..

Hi Chaps,
Thanks for the nice reception fellas. Ey' still not sure about the rear lights either, they we're on the car when I bought it (together with a carbon STI 6 rear spoiler and carbon bonnet scoop
). Until a free couple of hundred £ come my way, the STI's are going to have to wait
I'm in Newsome, Huddersfield, so the Foxglove is only darn'rowd! I keep seeing a very nice P1/STI type R with what look like gold 18" PPF7's around and about (flashed a few times), this anyone here?
Really keen to go tommorow, but I unfortunately DIY commitments (trying to get a bedroom finished before my wife goes into labour!
) may hold me back. I'll try my best to get there, if not I'll get to another one soon.
Cheers,
Wayne.

Long before Steve had it, it was featured in a men and motors episode at Well Lane with Rev Bob demostrating the fitment of a dump valve! Oooh, the fame! I've even have the vid that Steve kindly passed me on. Always fun to show people, "look my car was on telly....oooooooooh"

Al
My old car, the last time i saw it on its 3rd or 4th owner from me was in a real state. It had had all the Type R graphics removed and had white wheels on it and looked very sorry for itself! Had I known that it would be treated in this way I would have never sold it!!!!!!!
I am actually toying with the idea of getting another, although type Rs dont seemto be doing much at the mo and resale may be a problem.
I have looked into the Evo6 TME and am sorely tempted by one of those for a few months!!!
I would love to pop along to the Foxglove on a night we are not training. This football lark is becoming a real pain, train, play, train, train, play might have to have a rethink!!!!
Wayne
Beth and I split up some time ago now and dont really speak, but i do know that she still has the MR2 and in fairness to her, is looking after it well. She nearly sold it at one point, and i was tempted to buy it off her as a 2nd car but she had a change of heart. She even took it off the road for the winter!!!!
I still have the Supra, but the guy whom i bought it off would like to buy it back. He was supposed to have done so by now, but is having trouble shifting his Range Rover, MR2 Turbo and Celica GT4 (if anyone wants em
!!!)
Here are a couple of pics of my cars!

(C'mon guys, I can't sit back and let it pass me by
