hey guys im Tom and being as i couldn't find a newbie section i thought i would post in here as this is the area im from lol.
ok so im going to be looking for a blob eye sti type uk (or at least i think thats what they are known as) in the coming months after not having much luck with my previous mr2 turbos i fancy a change and something newer and iv always liked the scoobys.

Hi Tom and Welcome,
Check that non of the shocks knock if running standard ones, dont bother paying extra for a Prodrive version, only difference is the Map which is generic to the STi and its a basic map which is a bit crap and it also has a sports cat and rear box, so nothing special.

thanks guys and i will be sure not to make the scooby mistake again lol Im hoping to get myself along to a few meets with some of you west mids lot as soon as i know when and where me and the missus will be along to say hi and for me to drool over and learn about your cars and what to look for when buying only thing is i really want a blue one with gold wheels lol

no problem i will see where the next meet is and sort out coming along it will probably be just me and the missus in the corsa lol and we will probably be the youngest there too lol (make you all feel a bit older)

lol the corsa is the missus car iv had two mr2 turbos one standard and one with a nice healthy 320bhp and before settling on wanting an impreza i looked into buying (dare i say it) an evo 6

insurance won't be any worse than when i had a qoute on an evo 6 so thats not a problem and i would prefer to have it at a stupid price rather than drive round without it
