Shakespeare County Raceway.

It's going to be on saturday 24th of July, and gates open for the car show at about 10:00 am

The admission fee is £12, however, if you pay £22, this allows you to go and do unlimited drag runs throughout the day.

This years charities are the UK Haemophilia Society, and the Parkinson's disease Society.


***CONVOY ROUTE AND MEET TIME***

Hey guys, we will need to be at the Shakespeare County Raceway no later than 10:00am so we will be meeting at Stechford Retail Park (B33 9AN) at 8:30am to leave no later than 8:45am.

The route will be very similar to that of the Prodrive P1 meet in May, except instead of getting on the M40 we'll keep going straight towards Stratford.

The route will take us down the Coventry Road (A45), M42, Warwick Road, Warwick Bypass and then a few roads in Stratford I don't really know (perhaps someone - Crash? - more local can lead the convoy from this point!)

If you would like the convoy to stop anywhere else on the way, or do a "rolling pick-up" then please say ASAP and I can ammend the route.

1.Head northwest on Flaxley Pkwy toward Flaxley Rd
2.Slight left at Iron Ln
3.Take the 1st left to stay on Iron Ln
4.Continue onto Station Rd/A4040
5.Continue to follow A4040
6.Go through 1 roundabout
7.At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Coventry Rd
8.Take the ramp onto Coventry Rd/A45
9.Take the ramp to M42/M6/M1/M40/M5
10.At the roundabout, take the 5th exit onto the M42 ramp to M5/London/Solihull/Warwick/M40
11.Merge onto M42
12.At junction 5, take the A41 exit to Solihull
13.Slight left at Warwick Rd/A4141
14.Continue to follow A4141
15.Go through 1 roundabout
16.At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Birmingham Rd/A4177
17.Go through 1 roundabout
18.At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A46 ramp to M40/Leamington/Stratford/Banbury/Birmingham
19.Merge onto A46
20.At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Stratford Rd/A46 heading to Stratford
21.Continue to follow A46
22.At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Warwick Rd/A439 heading to Stratford
23.Continue to follow A439
24.Continue onto Bridgeway/A3400
25.Continue to follow A3400
26.Go through 2 roundabouts
27.Turn right at Clifford Ln/B4632
28.Turn left to stay on Clifford Ln/B4632
29.Continue to follow B4632

Entry is £12 and UNLIMITED drag runs is a further £20 (you must have a helmet though).

Just been told by one of the guyus from SCR, it's £32 for unlimited runs, and you MUST have a helmet, you can use your own, or hire one from there.

WMI meet and run the 1/4, what more can you ask of a local meeting. (ok maybe a tunnel or two but you cant have it all !!)
