Blue Blob In Newton-Le-Willows This Morning...
I was on my way home from work this morning around 9.10am and I spotted a blue blob 04 reg which passed me just as it turned left at the oak tree mini roundabout onto Ashton Road... you was being followed by a cop car 
You probably wouldn't have seen me though, I was in the old green shed of a focus
