So is the driver of the P1 heading north this morning (about 9:10) just before Charnock Richard services here ?
We exchanged waves and I followed you through the traffic to about Leyland - I know where the first camera is and backed off earlier than you ( it wasn't active).
Me - well I was the person in the black WRX.
