Nice old shape car passed me and the car in front of me last night - in the dark, raining, with his front fogs on, on a blind S-bend, 200yds before a 30 zone through a village

Oh well, takes all sorts!

Golden rule of bikeing, ALWAYS have your lights on, mabe the dude was a biker?

i drive around with my ligts on, in fact never turn them off. Its saved my backon many a time on the bike, and i supose the car as well.

No worries with having dipped lights on 24/7, but foglights on a wet night a bit of a glaring, blinding no-no!
