Ken Block on A69 towards Carlisle direction???!!

I saw a Hatch version STi going towards Carlisle direction which look exactly the same or so identical as Mr Ken Block's ride.... wondering who would that be??

This is a guy from Carlisle way I think, car is all stickered up as per the Ken Block one, we had it in here a few weeks ago for a Revolution system fitted and some Eibachs.
