I was in the Blue STI, followed you up Crossland Moor road. Nice sounding exhaust, ;-)

No wave as per usual from "most" of the Scooby drivers I pass in Huddersfield.

IMHO the wave started to die with the blob-eye's release, classics were an enthusiast's car and when I bought my bug-eye, "we" still waved.... then the fashion-bauble owners joined the mob and didn't get it !

P.S. Someone raised his little finger as he passed me last Sunday.....

AH, I started out with a classic in 2002 with an MY99, i think your right, everyone used to wave back then. Think thats why I notice it more now. I must say it's the younger drivers who just look at you blankly. It really is a "Wtf are you waving at look " aswell.

I'll still wave regardless, at least until someone give's me the finger, :-) My enthusiasm to wave may just run out at that point, :-)

Back in '97 all owners of turbos or imports waved, we knew a good thing....
