condenstion in my wrx bugeye boot

Default condenstion in my wrx bugeye boot

any member had bad condenstion in there scooby boot i own a scooby 02 bugeye and the boot is not letting water in it just seems to have bad condenstion on the inside of the boot lid and the boot carpet is wet were the boot condenstion drips but the boot well seems dry any ideas

although this section is 'was it you', the condensation thing is a spiral, once the boot carpet gets wet, you'll get condensation, which will cause the carpet to get wet which will cause condensation which will cause the carpet to get wet which cause condensation which will.........anyway, you get the idea. take the carpet out to dry, leave the boot open on a dry windy day or put those drying packs in the boot (for caravans, like silica granules)

i get that in mine too, and get condensation at the bottom of my rear windscreen

removed the spoiler bolts to day and i put clear sealer round the bolts and washers and retightend the bolt s ithink you was wright there mate it looks like the water was coming in there i will know when it rains cheers aly

I'd been wondering why I had condesation in my boot. Through a bucket of water over the back end and turned out rear lights were leaking. Just need to seal them at the weekend.

no still condesation in the boot not as bad but when you open the boot lid there is bad codesation there and rear window still mists up al the time so does the side windows after a run to york to day left for a few hours came bact to the car windows misted up can not get my head round it

Change the pollen filter, or at least stick it in a tumble drier for a while...

no mate its not the windsreen its the rear boot back windsreen /rear inside the boot where talking about

The moisture trapped will simply condense onto the coldest surface, mine this morning was covered on the rear screen, but the front was clear....

P.S. Usually rear light seals or spoiler mountings are favourite, unless it's had a replacement rear screen, and it's been sealed poorly....
