blue blob eye sti on *** north wales

to day at around 15:30 saw a nice blue blob eye

on *** near holywell just stuck in traffic after an accident just wonderd if it was some one of here nice

I went passed there at quarter passed four and saw the marks everywhere. How many cars were involved???
