Default Silver Ferrari forced wife into central reservation A14 (Ipswich) 2day

As above, a silver ferrari at 1.10pm today on the A14 just before the wherstead turnoff west bound forced Linsey into the central reservation.

Driving like a loon, pulled straight out into the outside lane, not seeing Linsey, she swerved slightly right and put on the brakes full hoping he would see her, he didnt, she hit the gravel and merged with the central reservation.

4 witnesses saying there was nothing she could do at all and thanking her for not crashing into them and causing them to crash too. Police said she did the only thing she could

Fortunately she is ok, only just came out of shock about an hour ago and is still shaking but the car certainly isn't.

On the off chance, did anyone happen to see a silver ferrari on the A14 around this time? Needless to say the ferrari drove off without stopping...

I've had someone do that to me after pulling off a slip road and forcing me off the road, it's not a nice feeling at all

Hope she is ok... it's supprising how scary it is hitting gravel at that sort of speed

Good luck finding the tw*t

Might be worth posting on Scoobycity Fezza if you haven't already, there are quite a few members on there from around the Ipswich area who might know the car.

Cheers for all the kind comments guys.

Prasius - I have posted on Scoobycity too but it seems no one saw a silver ferrari.

Looks like the ferrari owners club doesn't really have a forum part either so there goes that idea. Oh well, will have to let the old bill do what they get paid to do i suppose.

My Missus drives an ancient and very muddy Pajero turbo diesel. Some guy tried to cut her up the other day in a Porsche 911, and she sorted him out big style! I don't suppose he realised she has circuit racing experience, and chews prats like him for breakfast ..

If the ferrari didnt have tax, mot, insurance you'd bet your bottom dollar the cameras would have caught him. Sadly i doubt they will even look for him.

Glad shes ok.

Silver Ferrari won't be that common so shouldn't be hard to track the tosser down.

Seen similar crap in Milton Keynes recently, **** in Bentleys and Lambo's thinking they own the road and driving like complete idiots.

the same reason why I drive a Landrover Defender around town

So far a Micra, 3 Fords and a transit van have found out how soild they are... so far all I've broken is a head light (£14 for anew one!) and the numberplate

There's no VRN, not even a mention of what model it was. The owner may not even be local. I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I was involved with an accident where a car drove off however I managed to get the VRN but the driver was never caught.

Unfortunately without the plates the plod won't beable to prove anything, even if it's the only silver ferrari in the country, I personaly would'nt have moved, his wrecked ferrari and his insurance payout. She should have given him the PIT manover and sent the **** spinning.

I dont think that some of the people on that Ferrari forum like us, and I quote

"I just had a little read up on the Subaru chat forum and interesting how they call Bentley and Lambo drivers **** (and no doubt think the same about us F drivers too.) I'm sure they are all very safe and careful in their boy racer cars"

I make 110k a year, If I wanted a Ferrari I could buy one, however I am satisfied with my sexual performance so I dont need to impress wannabe wags in a "money really cant buy you class or taste" Ferrari.

2 pence worth from me.

Well, lets try not to get involved in a silly little spat with them, it was an unprovoked jibe at us, lets not rise to it, it just makes those of them who hold those beliefs feel justified.

Those on that board who might not be second class footballers with small brains or chav lottery winners will know this individual acted like a **** - the same as we would know an Impreza driver doing the same thing would have been acting like a ****.

Peace & Love man!
