Some people!
Is this site turning into Barryboys.co.uk????
Sure, mine isn't standard, and sure I do occasionally drive fast, but come on guys, play nicely and drive safely. Especially on the Queens highway. Rozzers already hate the Scoob.
If you guys want to race eachother, try the Pod or a trackday, then you can really claim braggin rights.

I am a bit confused about the "banter" on this website and wonder if some one could clear it up please. I used to be a member of a popular M5 forum which had a whole section on cars that they had "smoked" in here M5 luxo barges (Scoobys and Evos being sum of their favourites). I dont agree with racing down a street in town but how come scoobynets attitude is sooo against having a bit of tongue in cheek disscusion about beating a rival car? Can we all say hand on heart that we stick religously to speed limits and have never raced anything?

Tell you what, when someone has an accident because they are going for it just to prove a point, maybe that will stop all the "Nice try" type posts.
I was in the van on sunday driving up the M25 near Gatwick and I saw a Scooby (Blue bug eyed) snaking in and out of the traffic from lane to lane and not only did it look absolutely ridiculous but also very dangerous! I hope no'one has a bad accident but it may take a little knock to get the point across.

I hold my hands up and say on occasions I have sped, but never bragged about it on a public forum.
Banter is OK and yes it should be tongue in cheek, but the OP firstly typed in capitals which suggests shouting, this creates an aggressive outlook to other users. Secondly he admits to public road racing.
These are my opinions, not those of fellow members.
