***EVL in waltham cross.. blue

Just about 30 mins earlier going from waltham cross to frezywater....
around half 5.

I forgot the first bit of the plate, only remeber it ends wiv EVL... and number plate is stuck on the bonnet, somehow

My blue scoob ends in EVL, and i was n the M25 on Sunday near Waltham Abbey. But no plate on bonnet.

might have been another EVL then.. lool.... i think it was a bug one...

and it was personalised plate...
