as many of you know, i live in scunny, and totally believe in the mutual respect thing with regards the scooby wave. what i used to do was give a flash of the lights and await a responce.

didnt have much luck in the way of a responce, and i assumed people round here werent aware of what i was doing, bar the odd one.

then it clicked, flashing your lights can be classed as a un-official warning sign can it not?

so now i flash the lights and wave simultaniously, and the success rate (even from the lexus lights brigade) had risen by 200-300%. nearly every scoob (classic, newage, sport etc etc) gives me the thumbs up now.

recent examples...

blue blobeye yesterday morning near eddie wrights car sales

white classic with st2 wheels that was in brumby corner shell station earlier along side me. he recognised me and flashed near my house later that day.

a woman in a black rb320 even saw fit to stop gassing to her fit mate and acknowledge my advances

so i pay homeage to scunny subaru's, nice to be noticed.

oh and the dude who was outside "the blarney stone" approx this morning around 1am (when i was picking up the missus from a night out), who said the following...
"cor, id give my left arm, and let you **** my girlfriend for a lift home in that"
i admit i was tempted, but the mrs was sat next to me, and manage a trios isnt her thing... yet.
