west wycombe road last night, reimms blue evo 6 with red mud flaps.

Sounds like a guy called David. Evo 8 alloys and red flaps, possibly a private plate, white guy, in his 40s?!!

Did you think it was me, or just out flashing to random cars?

tbh, when i first saw it coming up the road, i did think it was you coming back from dog walking ...but then realised that it wasnt as nice as yours, but being a friendly kind of chap, I waved
