west wycombe road last night, reimms blue evo 6 with red mud flaps.
I flashed my lights and waved and.....................

Sounds like a guy called David. Evo 8 alloys and red flaps, possibly a private plate, white guy, in his 40s?!!

Did you think it was me, or just out flashing to random cars?
