Not quite, cos I think Surrey have 3 all unmarked!!!!!!!! all reg's end in 'AP'.

I don't understand the Group buy bit

 

That DGM caught a workmate of mine speeding on the M25 early this year.

My workmate said he could not believe this car was keeping up with him .... he was on a bike doing 135mph !

And yes he got banned, fined and was bl**dy lucky to escape a term inside (1st offence) ... silly little boy.

Ps. Some of the northern police forces have got marked 'Scoobs' I think.

The group buy bit being that we all get the same number plate as the unmarked police car, hence unlikely to ever get a speeding ticket!!! Totally illegal but hey ho....

On the outside it looked completely standard, double pipe backbox, standard alloys, didn't get a chance to look at the tyres.

Didn't have the cheek to suggest that it looks ****e without a single pipe backbox because the guys driving the thing were pretty large (more like bouncers than Police officers).

Guess like us, they don't like getting out of the car too often and too much turkey at Christmas!!!

And no I'm not suggesting that (all) Scooby owners are fat, just that we may get a bit more enjoyment than most from driving our cars.

Anyone got a wave back from one these unmarked police cars? apart from the 'Excuse me sir could you pull over to the side of the road' wave.

Nearly waved at this one but was on foot at the time so didn't bother.

 

Humberside did have a marked up one and an unmarked green one...Both been sold off at auction now!!

With the proton panda cars running on gas that they have now the roads are mine!!!!!!!

Notts have three as far as I'm aware, Two marked up, North Notts, Often seen lurking in 30 zones with wide roads and good visibility(esp at end of month )
And a reddun in Nottm itself.

 

Saw a marked scoob on the A1 north or Weatherby this afternoon, waiting for some poor unsuspecting soul speeding.

My boy waved to him and the wife said he got a wave back !

I saw the unmarked green Impreza on the Tolworth Turnoff from the A3 a few weeks ago. We were side by side in the queue for the roundabout and I thought it was a normal Impreza until I noticed all the police radio gear on the dash. Next giveaway was the small black arial on the rear passenger side wing. My girlfriend looked across at the driver and got a wave from him!
