Pensby Dark Green Bugeye WRX
I've seen this car as per thread title which is a Y plate with black alloys parked up opposite the van hire place in Pensby. I've got a feeling it belongs to someone off this forum I've spoken too a few times.

it's Mark I think Daz. I was with him today at CAS in Bebington and it fits the bill.:
