it was last tuesday, i was in a artic with a NISA trailer on just going past the old NISA site when the car pulled out of / or near the road in between the cafe and what was the geest factory, is that ringing any bells??!! oh yeah 4/5 inch exhaust??
one of the worst things about dropping anchor (hitting something excluded!)
is that depending how they've been loaded sometimes the odd pallet falls over, which means i've got to pick all the stuff back up. but everything was stood up straight so no harm done.
if it was you no hard feelings fella, i'll give you a wave next time

oops may have been me then, i work at said company also on shift 3b (sunday-thurs nights)
whats your reg on the truck. do you actually drive for them or is it contract work on another companies wagon? if it was me, and i honestly cant remember it being, then il apologise, but at that time in the morning, im usually granny driving as im foofed from the shift ive just finished.
no hard feelings back at ya if it was me...
andy
p.s. are you in scunny ie living here, as i dont recall seeing your car around thats all.
p.p.s. yeah, i know how you feel about those pallets, its the guys on the goods out dock i feel for, as they have to try wrap those pallets with the wrap machines, right after the barsteward-ing polish have stacked them-usually dangerously... they cant do **** without it dropping off the sides or toppling over on the wagons.
