She was the one loitering though!! I was on power walk, dumbells in hand, feeling fit, bang on my fitness schedule for peak pyhsical shape in 2 weeks (new woman magazine - shed those xmas pounds article), 15mph and cruising, knees upto my chest on every big step forward, spandex and Nike headband in place, breathing in the fresh air, right up to the point that I smelt Lins!!

Actually, in truth, I was smoking a ***, walking my dog, off the lead cos he mostly pulls me and makes me walk far too quickly, which isn`t good for my heavier than normal for this time of year frameage, whilst dragging my overly long legged Levis jeans on the floor causing them to collect mud, just like my K-swiss trainers which used to be white but now look a creamy browny colour after walking through the standing dirty water on the footpath and trundelling on the wet grass, picking up dog poo under small bushes that little Scooby doo decides to hide under whilst in the act of passage obstruction removal duties......the swine

I was minding my own business, having gone to feed the ducks BTW where are all the ducks, there were only bloody Canadian geese , egyptian geese, other geese I don't know the name of and swans with the occasional coot thrown in ...
