Come on, who was it?
Preston New Rd, Blackpool Saturday afternoon, Blue stickered up Scoob pulled up and stopped in layby with traffic cop in 4x4.
Looked a very colourful scene-bit like an ice cream van drivers convention.
Was it someone off here? was it? was it? tell, tell tell.
