Drove between Whitley Bay and Alnwick and back waved at a load and only got one reply. Miserable b*****ds the lot of you apart form the mica blue classic very clean and nicely done example on the main street in Morpth about 2.15.

Why do some get so annoyed when Scoob drivers don't wave back? It's their choice. After all, it's not as if it's 1994 when they first arrived in the UK is it? There are loads around now. Give it a rest please.

I do remember the waves in the early days, before most knew what an Impreza was, but I'd rather concentrate on driving now, instead of looking for misplaced glory.

I find few wave, regardless of model. If they do and I see them, I wave back, if they don't it doesn't worry me in the slightest. I just can't see what all the fuss is about.

 

Most were blobeye's mate.

Like I said Castrol it doesn't anger me, I use this website to get useful info and to look at the lighter side of scooby motering - I'm sure they're not all miserable thats just the way I am - it was light hearted fella! I obviously haven't had mine aslong as you mate and the novelty hasn't worn off yet.

 

It hasn't worn off for me either Howie, hence I keep buying Imprezas after almost 12 years. It's just if folk don't wave, it doesn't worry me. You're not the first to complain about others not waving and I'm sure you won't be the last.

If you let me know what you drive, then I'll make sure I wave if I see you. I'm in an 05 STi UK PPP (Crystal Grey) or an 05 Saab 9-5 Vector Estate (Steel Grey) with 2 Labradors bouncing around in the back!
