nah that wasnt me, that was BrynO off here and his mate roger in the blue one...
I went up against a P1, but was messing about at the start, so he got the hump on me...but i still did a quicker time
and yes...i am nuts
but i should have done about 12.4 yesterday....but i think the wind helped to put pay to that....15mph direct head winds arent ever going to do your speeds any good....dont think i got a clean start on any run either

Yep that was me up against the blue 03 with the spoiler & black wheels, he normally gets around 14, mine scraped into the 13's, think his turbo is a bit sick, drinking a litre of oil in 1,000 miles and chuffing like ivor the engine...

If so, glad you beat him! Main reason I was there is because he has been telling me for weeks he'd kick my butt at Santa Pod. He did a best of 12.9 and I did a 12.8
You are nuts? Glad we cleared that one up then... Hoping to get to a 12.5 with the current spec, was never gonna get anywhere near that with the wind yesterday. Oh yes, and my cruddy launches!
11's is the main aim. Not gonna get there yet, need to dig deeper into the pockets I think

yup thats him, and thats me! i didnt beat him in the head to head element, but he did 13.1 to my 13.0 on that particular run....the main aim for me was to finish off my standard clutch yesterday, it still there even though i was giving it night on 400lbft to deal with....but its still surviving....i also aim to get the car in to the 11s....it is possible and i want to prove it can be done with a wrx....

Sounds familiar, he's claiming victory as he won our head to head, even though we agreed at the start of the day the winner would be the one with the best time of the day... Oh well!
