scooby graphics on a tigra! (in Essex)
I am so sorry for being unable to take a picture of the crime mentioned.
The car was spotted near gants hill (Ilford, Essex) on Sunday lunchtime.
It was a black tigra with the rally logo (girl being technical: the stars with the swirly bit trailing off) along the side of the car.
I was shocked.
