hard shoulder M56

black WRX reg L555*** on the hard shoulder just before the Shell turn off. spotted you to late or i would have stopped and offered assistance. hope all ok anyway.

Sorry to say I spotted this guy too but was already half an hour late for work (and in the fast lane at about 90 *kmh*) or would have gone round again and offered assistance
