1 Red classic wagon parked in limited time bay outside the Registry office at 10:00 a.m.
2 White classic with high spoiler leaving via Penwortham- never got close enough to wave about 12:30
3 03 Sti who did not wave back just blanked me
4 Blue bugeye with god wheels who looked at me when I waved -both on Flensburg Way at 12:35ish
