2 Classic Scoobs waving at me in South Wales on Friday
Driving back down from Blackwood towards Newport at about 1pm. 2 Scoobs passed me going the other way (not together) one gave me a flash and one waved. One looked like it might have been an RA...? 
I was in the Silver Type R.
