Pr**k A3 Guildford
On the A3 tonight about 8.20 pm...after Guildford heading for London.. some Wa**er driver some black motor with neons under the rear end....(maybe a lexus 200?) Undertaking and cutting people up in heavy traffic.
There are times and places to be silly and this wasn't one but will be looking out for you in the future if your local

Hmmm, Is it just me, or are neons a good sign that the person behind the wheel is likely to be a plonker!
Apologies to any Sensible owners out there, but I've yet to encounter one of you on the road!

I thought that neons were illegal on the road???? Why is it that plod is happy enough to pull us over for driving at 31mph in a 30 limit but will not pull over the "barry fest" kids in their neon-ed motors?
makes me sick
seen a few - oh and after leaving the pics in Guildford last week (bedford rd car park) some smart a*se in a souped up Nova (ha ha ha ha) tried to cut a line of us up (he had neons) and guess what? no-one let him in! He had to wait ages in the end shaaaame (NOT)

I heard that neons are only illegal if the tubes can be seen (ie. the 'glow' of light is ok)
We have the Pizza delivery step through scooters round our way with neons now WTF
