Hi guys. got some news for y'all. failed mot today due to some how aquiring a uk spec rear d/s light cluster . STRICT ***T!!. so urgently need a jap cluster OR uk cluster for n/s. may have to swap with the folks' car for test tomorrow.
Nicky, i had a brain fart the evening of KPG and could'nt for the life of my remember your name so cheers for the post. MAJOR CLOSE ONE on the way back, crawled up llangynidr behind some aged types and floored it just after the cattle grid. Now due to the gearing, flat in 5th i just the good side of a ton, which was achieved and maintained unill the first brow, so i am over taking all i my path when i see 2 traffics and t5 measuring skid marks in the dip . Well too late for that middle pedal stuff but fortunatley i was greeted with a hands on hips and slightly disapproving grin.
Iwan, i will get totally *#ite to you soon as, asap, pdq. Prehaps a swindon meet if its before 27th, but will have to pop in when i get my mot done.

Aye no worries, whenever you're about mate. I'd just borrow your old mans cluster for the MOT, then you've got a year to source another one. Was the cluster replaced when you got rear-ended last year? If so that was an insurance job wasn't it? Might be worth having a word with them about fitting a part that won't pass an MOT...
Bob Rawle was on about setting up a Swindon meet sometime, i think it's in the Southern section, it's gone a bit quiet at the moment though.
Anyway, off to work - catch you later.
