Danny2,

I don't think you were doing 90, you were travelling very quickly instead? You probably misread your speedo.

Not wanting to appear as a pillock, and I wasn't there to witness the situation, but...

Whatever speed you were doing, if there was room to move over then why not?

Sounds typical of the 'I'm doing 70 and I'm staying in lane 3' mentality which is prevalent on today's roads. Lanes 2 & 3 are for overtaking only. If you're not overtaking then shift yer ***!
Flamesuit on!

I'm with Sticky. If the inside lane(s) are clear, then move over - 90mph or not.

Its you. If they were all like that then you wouldn't just be complaining of one incident, would you.

If he was flashing his lights, he's obviuosly heard the rumour that BMWs actually do have indicators! He's just not bright enough to work out how they operate.
He had the correct lever right enough!

Sounds like you were in the wrong lane, Danny. Why didn't you move over?

If it had been a Vectra in the second lane doing 70 with nothing on the inside, you'd have been whinging quick enough - just goes to show there are prats who don't drive beemers, eh?

Only 90???? No wonder he flashed you! BMW's can't cruise at less than 100mph ..... something to do with their aerodynamics ........
These days - if someone is approaching really fast - just pull in and then get back out again - no point in putting yourself in harms way - is there???
