wot car is yours n one? I live on Ruthin Rd and kinda beyond.Do you drive this way often? if yes, will keep me eyes peeled. I usually see a blue wrx passing on A494 coming from Ruthin direction to Mold/Q'ferry side.I dont think he and she are SNetters for some reason.

Notorious Rev,
My brother in law was on the M56 faily recently in his Octavia VRs when he witnessed an Audi A3 proceeding briskly down the outside lane folllowed by a WR Blue Impreza STi with Prodrive rear spoiler and gold wheels.
It was either an Sti7 (sorry Mike Wood I know you don't like the terminology, but everyone else recognises the mdel from this description) or an STi8, but he isn't sure of what the differences are between them.
Either way it turned out to be a unmarked Police car, and a mile or so up the road had pulled the Audi over, with its blue flashing lights in the grill.!!!!
He said he wouldn't have guessed for a second it was a Police car.
Be careful out there.
It reminded me of a tale recounted by Jim Davidson once, where he was chased on the motorway in his Ferrari by an unmarked Renault 5 turbo at 70,80,90, then 100+ mph then they put on the blues and stopped him, and he was banned.
As he pointed out, if it was dangerous for him to drive above 70mph, why didn't they put their blue lights as soon as he exceeded 70mph before any innocent road users were put at any more increased danger, instead of sitting right on his back bumper (My thoughts: don't Police cars require any stopping distance?) until he just exceeded 100mph.
Surley the danger to everyone, the Policemen included was increased, and didn't that contradict what their job was all about. Increasing road safety.
He said he was doing 70, car up my bum, so he accelerated , car still there, go a bit faster, check behind, car still there, accelerate again, car still there, and so on until he hit the magic automatic ban figure.
Cheers
