Saw a 02 WR Blue STI and a silver Bugeye at 11.00 am this morning at Gateshead A184/A194. No waves. Blue STI blasted off ignoring us. Thought Scooby drivers were above "Boy Racer Status"
We love our UK300,and wonder does anyone wave back in the North East?

I average about 3/10 waves back from scooby owners in Essex .
New shape cars never wave (so far), I get about 30%ish on the bug eye waves. Classic's usually wave mabey 50% of the time (although this figure is down to me waving at sports ppl, who tend to be driven by miserable old tw@ts.

/wave

Good return of waves rate in the East Midlands -
we're a friendly lot up here.

I reckon 90% wave back, the other 10% are just those who don't know us !!

Calgonis agree with your figures for Essex, and of the Classics that don't wave, as they go past check thier backbox, they are nearly always the original one .... definately a connection here

Essex is a no go area for wavers ...
