Hello.
I passed you going the other way, just before a bridge between preston & carlisle, around 11-12ish. Only thing was, the bridge from your point of view was just after a corner, and there was a police 'safety camera' van pointing your way
. I thought you were going at a fair rate of knots as well.... Hope you didn't get done. 
I was in a red wagon going north.
