If every time you pull out to overtake, a T5 does the same a few cars back don't you think it's a bit strange? Hope he let you off, he'd been playing (sorry safely pursuing) you for a while, so you can't have been driving dangerously otherwise he'd have pulled you earlier. He wouldn't want to race unnecessarily, he's a police officer.
