About 4.00pm today, travelling west underneath the Caerleon intersection towards the Brynglas tunnels. I was going east and just glanced across and spotted you at the last moment, hence the lack of wave (sorry).
Also a few minutes later grey STi 5 or 6 travelling in the same direction. Again only spotted at the last mo.
Any takers?
