Woman driver in Y-plate WR BLue WRX with morrettes, was coming into Hertford around 7:45am Friday morning .... you pulled up along side me in a WR Blue UK300 in the traffic

Anyone?

Saw another WR Blue WRX coming out of Hatfield on the A414 heading towards Hertford ... this was about 3pm
