Gary, you should know me when I see you, since we live so near eachother.

Before I moved to london, I lived in southend for 22 years. I can safely say I have never ever lapped the seafront (with me at the wheel anyway).

You would have seen me travelling from my friends house in thorpe bay (east of seafront) and going along the coast (quickest route) back towards chalkwell to look at my old house before coming abck to mill hill.

You should know the plate by now mate!

I know of one other 22B that drives around southend occasionally.
Number plate ends in JET. Was that it?

If so, it may struggle, I think it is standard.
