Are you the owner (or know of) the Silver Scoob being 'enjoyed' between Shap and Penrith on the A6 this morning. There was a Silver Saxo behind you (my brother) and we want to know what sort of exhaust you had.
The Scoob was V Reg, had a SIDC sticker in the back window and 'Daves Scoob' on the numberplate, wheels were anthracite or black.
