In the mud

Didn't look like too much damage, just wondering how you lost it on the straight bit between the corners??

Unhappy

I went too wide into the corner (too fast, lots of understeer), but saved it until I hooked a wheel into the big puddle in the gravel just off the road, this flicked me sideways into the big pile of mud.

I am just glad that I managed to keep it on my side of the road otherwise it could have been a lot worse.

Damage does seem mostly to the front bumper/spoiler and nothing really serious ( i.e. no metal bashing reqd), but I am waiting for the full assesment. Whatever it is it won't do my no claims bonus any good.

Can't blame anyone but myself though.

Which were you? I noticed at least a Cat, a black WRX, a P1 and a new shape silver wagon while I was waiting for recovery, but to be honest I had other things on my mind

I was in a RB5 WR. Didn't come past until the car was on the flatbed.

I was wondering which direction you were heading?

Its a nice bit of road, though I'll be extra careful on the way home...Glad you're OK.
