Blue type R going through Dursley

Saw a very nice blue type R going through my town this evening (4 April),a few cars in front was a white turbo or sti with spotlamp covers and multispokes(V reg),anybody own up to this?

Could have been Jon Vickers, I think he still has a garage in Dursley, and he's always been interested in performance cars.
