I was in the outside lane from about 7.30am until after 9am and passed two DBM 4 doors and a red 4 door with gold wheels - was it you? Mine was the silver MY00 5 Door.

Waved where possible but was on the phone some of the time.

Hi Podger - I'll keep an eye out for in the mornings.

One of the DBM's had an interesting Scooby number plate - he looked a bit like Squiz. Squiz - was it you?

I was amazed at the number of Impreza's captured with a 1/2 mile of each other. Made the wait a bit more interesting!

Whereabouts on the M5 - its a long bit of tarmac you know - I'm on it to go to work from 7.45 between Worcester and Brum northbound - red WRX who often spots others in same direction, but with their nose in the air!

Yeah, I was in the section between jcn 2 and 1 on the so called "40mph limit" , and a silver 5 door W reg came alongside on the outside lane and took same exit as me towards north Brum. If this was you, then at least it was a friendly wave, and not an ignorant owner like some who haven't yet woken up at that time of day!!

Glad it was you Phil - daresay I'll see you again - I think we've done this "was it you" slot for now! Watch for the Gatso's between 3 and 1, and the cop car that's been on the lefthand side of the road just off jcn 1 before West Brom FC - he's been there 2 days in a row

 

I'm travelling 15 mins ahead of you most mornings , I get on the M5 at Droitwich/Chateau Impney at 0735, and get of at Oldbury to go on the Bilston "the centre of the universe".....well mine anyway LOL......I'll keep a weather eye out, I have to say I've almost given up waving etc I'm sick of getting blanked!!.For 15 years I've run various Morgan's and u never fail to get a wave , flash or thumbs up...

I got blanked this morning by a woman in a light metallic on the A44 west of Worcester ...I could have been a ghost !

 

Hi Podger, I used to get onto M5 at the same place/time until I found it was a bit too early getting into work You have a red 4 door + gold wheels too? WRX (like me) or UK? Like You say, there are a few who blank you- perhaps they think they're driving a Maestro I'll try and make it a bit earlier & maybe catch your eye - I assume you belt down the dual carriageway past the Chateau up to M5 - I go thru Droitwich via Chateau etc.
