Probably was a P1, with private plate, just going past the entrance to Newport Retail Park, got a flash and a wave.

Oh hello, not very often I bump into someone on here. It was midday and I was driving the silver one.

I do try to wave and acknowledge other scoob drivers, but it's disheartening when people don't respond. Nice to meet you briefly

That be me, about time I was spotted, always give a wave and a flash if i'm awake, there's not many ladies that drive scoobs that wave and flash back (no puns please scoobynetters), when they do its a 1 finger wave
