Blue 2 door, reg plates with '555' only

Saw above car, possibly on a test drive from a garage mybe on A47 between Leicester Forest West and Hinkley today, 31 May at around 3pm. Large wing on rear end, totally blacked out rear and side windows, all it had on reg plates was '555' and nothing else, no letters or anything.
