traffic lights at the Esso/Haywain junction just before the hospital

it was big blue new one,one great wave out the window,me raising fingers off the wheel,hoping wife wouldn't notice but not wanting such a huge wave to go unrewarded

I did wave back,but it was a small one due to having the wife and kid in the car

they take the p1ss when there is waving going on

 

When and where was this? I waved at a few in Epsom this weekend
