Does anyone know the owner of the above car. It's a STi with some very nice Morrettes and I want to contact the owner about them.

It was parked in Purple Parking near Heathrow at the end of April.

Which was where I saw it. Although the second part of the rego is not quite correct but it's close enough to beer.
